Order Pickup

• Pick up orders at Vesse 4a, Tallinn, Mon-Fri, 9:00 – 17:00.

Returns & Warranty

• Return defective goods with original documents and purchase invoice.
• Customer is responsible for goods until arrival at the warehouse.
• Original packaging required for service/repair.

Warranty Period

• Service within 14-21 days, up to 45 days if parts are ordered from abroad.

Exclusions

• Damage from misuse, improper storage/installation, customer fault, natural disasters, foreign objects, uncertified accessories, or interference.
• Software issues and normal wear items like batteries and bulbs.
• Lack of purchase documentation or manufacturer’s documents.
